We realize that dealing with HOA projects can be tricky at times. It’s our goal to make sure that everyone is happy. One key to this is sitting in on an HOA meeting so we can address any questions before the project even starts. This allows the HOA board and members to meet the contractor. In my experience, it’s always best to start out on the right foot. An initial meeting with the board helps to build trust and a relationship between the board and the contractor. This helps to put all the HOA members at ease about the hire.
Once we start the project, its our goal to show significant progress on a daily basis. We also strive to keep a clean job site. Our goal is to impress the members with our efficiency and professionalism. We understand the importance of treating all HOA members and their property with respect.
